|sumsion| posted a photo: This is not Alaska, but it reminds me of it tonight. I remember driving from Valdez to Wasilla, which is about a 5-6 hour drive, starting at 1 AM. This is pretty much what it looked like during the entire drive. Sunsetish, twilight, golden. I’ve made that twilight drive many, many times. It never gets old. Add a few glaciers, ginormous mountains, maybe a moose or a bear, and you have it. Ok. This looks absolutely nothing like Alaska. But it’s nice to dream.
