Here you go. I spent some time walking the streets of Vegas last week. Just don’t call me a street walker. It was fun to be in this area, looking up, seeing the reflections and green olive colors. This is the lock screen / background image on my iPhone. I create a new one each month so that I can see a calendar very quickly, without needing to unlock, open the calendar app, etc. I always choose a new image (of my own) and then overlay the current month. Since it’s helpful to me, I figured it may be helpful to others also. To make it your background: 1 – Download the original here 2 – Email the photo to your iphone 3 – Open email on iphone 4 – Save the image (hold on photo, release, save image) 5 – Open iphone Settings, click Wallpaper, select the image from your camera roll If you use it, let me know. Unless, of course, the skies fill with clouds and you happen to be standing, looking up with a camera, near the entrance of some snazzy new hotel. I did eat lots of crab while I was there, so I guess there are at least two things to do in that city. After much debate of whether or not I was going to take my tripod on this trip, I decided that I would. Then I forgot it. This is a three exposure, hand-held HDR at 10mm. I didn’t pay attention to the name of the hotel. I always love shots like these, since there’s nothing posed. They were simply enjoying the sand and sitting next to each other.
