If you’ve never seen young, domestic turkeys, they’re cute. At least they’re cute to an outsider. The image above is of the inside of a large turkey coop, ready for the birds to arrive. It was silent as I took this shot, but the silence won’t last long. Not only are the poults cute, they’re LOUD. It’s really a lot of fun to walk through a full coop like this and watch the waves of little yellow birds as they make room for you. They’re definitely not a cute when they grow up, but they’re still just as loud. And I’m sure they taste much better. —- The green in the foreground wasn’t added by me. The coop had a bunch of green skylights that gave the entire interior a very cool, eerie feeling. I should have another image tomorrow (or so) showing more of the inside and the green.
